If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent a45a from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
